NCBE’s Testing Task Force has released its preliminary recommendations for the next generation of the bar exam. The Task Force will present its recommendations to bar admission authorities and the legal academy at webinars scheduled for early January and looks forward to addressing questions and comments from stakeholders as the recommendations are finalized for submission to the NCBE Board of Trustees at the end of January.
