On April 9, 2020, NCBE published a white paper, Bar Admissions During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Evaluating Options for the Class of 2020. The white paper is intended to assist jurisdiction courts and boards of bar examiners in evaluating some of the proposals being discussed for 2020 law school graduates in light of the uncertainty surrounding the July bar exam.
