Two NCBE experts presented an interactive webinar that introduced assertions regarding the bar exam that members of the bar admissions community may encounter in their day-to-day work. Webinar participants were then asked to collaborate in groups to consider what sort of evidence would convince them of such an assertion, or, on the other hand, allow them to refute it. Feedback was then collated and presented to the larger audience. After discussion, the presenters offered perspective on the data NCBE uses to construct its tests and measure results according to best practices.
