2019 Annual Bar Admissions Conference
May 2–5, 2019, San Francisco, California
The 2019 NCBE Annual Bar Admissions Conference drew 381 attendees representing 54 jurisdictions, including 39 state Supreme Court justices and 98 first-time conference attendees. Among the attendees were 42 speakers who presented at 22 sessions over the course of the conference. For details about the sessions, see this issue’s conference summary.

3 jurisdictions will begin administering the UBE at a future administration (Arkansas, February 2020; Ohio, July 2020; Texas, February 2021).

NCBE’s Testing Task Force
From November 2018 through June 2019, over 400 people from across the country participated in 30 in-person and virtual stakeholder listening sessions conducted by NCBE’s Testing Task Force to gather feedback on NCBE’s current tests.
As of July 31, 2019, 53 jurisdictions have agreed to distribute the Task Force’s nationwide practice analysis survey to its attorneys.
