The overall pass rate for the 19,816 February 2024 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 43%; the overall pass rate for the 50,620 July 2024 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 68%. In 2024, 4% of examinees were graduates of non-ABA-approved law schools, with a pass rate of 23%; 13% of examinees were graduates of law schools outside the USA, with a pass rate of 34%.
