The overall pass rate for the 19,486 February 2023 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 40%; the overall pass rate for the 46,688 July 2023 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 66%. In 2023, 4% of examinees were graduates of non-ABA-approved law schools, with a pass rate of 20%; 13% of examinees were graduates of law schools outside the USA, with a pass rate of 34%.
