Jurisdictions reported 80,913 persons taking the bar examination in 2014, with an overall pass rate of 64%. The overall pass rate for the 24,434 February 2014 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 57%; the overall pass rate for the 56,479 July 2014 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 67%. In 2014, 4% of examinees were graduates of non-ABA-approved law schools, with a pass rate of 24%; 8% of examinees were graduates of law schools outside the USA, with a pass rate of 29%.
