The Testing Task Force is pleased to publish its Phase 2 report, which details the results of the practice analysis it conducted last year. The results of the practice analysis, along with the feedback provided by stakeholders during the listening sessions in Phase 1 of the Task Force’s study, will be the basis for the final phase of the Task Force’s work, which will focus on recommendations for bar exam program redesign.
