The overall pass rate for the 17,967 February 2021 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 48%; the overall pass rate for the 46,866 July 2021 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 64%. In 2021, 4% of examinees were graduates of non-ABA-approved law schools, with a pass rate of 25%; 11% of examinees were graduates of law schools outside the USA, with a pass rate of 28%.
