The overall pass rate for the 21,935 February 2019 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 46%; the overall pass rate for the 46,370 July 2019 exam takers reported by jurisdictions was 64%. In 2019, 4% of examinees were graduates of non-ABA-approved law schools, with a pass rate of 19%; 12% of examinees were graduates of law schools outside the USA, with a pass rate of 33%.
