MADISON, WISCONSIN, February 2, 2022—Jeff Grove has been named Senior NextGen Implementation and Process Manager for the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE). Grove will help guide NCBE’s development and implementation of the next generation of the bar exam.
Prior to joining NCBE, Grove worked in the K–12 assessment industry for 20 years, serving as the Director of Assessment Development at Questar Assessments, Inc., and as the Mathematics Assessment Director at Educational Testing Service (ETS). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
As Senior NextGen Implementation and Process Manager, Mr. Grove plans and manages the internal workflows for assigned projects such as pilot and field testing and creates process documentation for all aspects of test development production. The next generation bar exam is scheduled to have its first administration in 2026.
“I am extremely excited to bring my assessment industry experience to NCBE,” said Grove. “Planning and developing a brand-new assessment requires a tremendous amount of work, and I’m very pleased to join the team developing the new bar exam.”
