Disbarred or Suspended Attorneys Taking and Passing Examinations as a Condition of Reinstatement in 2022

The form of examination administered to disbarred or suspended attorneys varied among jurisdictions as follows: regular bar examination (11 jurisdictions), local component only (1 jurisdiction), Attorneys’ Examination (1 jurisdiction).

NOTE: Florida does not separately report the results of disbarred or suspended attorneys required to take examinations. Disbarred attorneys, who are required to take the regular bar examination, are reported with other test takers. Florida does not report the results of suspended attorneys, who are required to take the Florida portion of the examination only.
